About Me

As a dental hygienist, I see hundreds of patients every single day. Many of these patients are older individuals who need dentures. Unfortunately, the outdated idea of clunky plastic teeth stuck on an uncomfortable base is prevalent among the senior citizen community. Technological advancements have made these types of false teeth a thing of the past. In fact, technology has changed the dental field all together. Dental implants can now be secured to make sure that dentures are immovable, and in some cases implants can be used to replace some or all of the teeth that need to be pulled! I started this blog to help inform seniors of their options. If you have a loved one who needs false teeth, then make sure your family member makes the right dental choices. A good set of teeth can help to retain dignity, beauty, and nutrition for the senior your love.
